My attempt:
All the text fades or gets dissipated but for PFS.
These verbs convey the idea of something that gradually dissapears.
I wonder how a text can dissappear from a clininal trial as all data and findings are stored and recorded. To my mind, there is an underlying methaphorical meaning in the Spanish version and the text/goal/aim/hope of achieving specific endpoints fails except for the progression-free survival one.
