I understand and I see what it is, but I can't find the right way to say it.
It's a little tag, meaning a label, made of stainless steel, indicating a device specifications, like a transmitter, a sensor, etc., and it's tied to that device with a stainless steel wire.
So it looks like a nameplate, but for devices that are too small to accomodate a nameplate, or don't have a flat face to stick a nameplate on.

I've found nothing concise, just a lot of sites referring to 'plaque(tte) d'identification/de marquage' with reference to a 'câble' or 'câblette'.
I'd therefore call it a 'plaque d'identification à cablette' (note that none of the combinations of the terms above get any ghits).

pour d'autres, le terme "étiquette câblée" ou
"Plaque signalétique (câblée)" est utilisée; comme proposée par Florence.
