Notary - Spain
This text appears in a document where a party is requesting that the notary serve a summons on another party:
At first I thought this meant "only with respect to the request specified herein and in the margin," but there are no marginal notes, so I think it may mean something like only with respect to the specific request made herein and related formalities? Thanks in advance for any suggestions

The way I read this, "al margen" connects with "sin perjuicio de", in the sense of being separated from, and without prejudice to, the relevant proceedings.
The proposed translations are just suggestions, I think you can go with anything that conveys the meaning of the notary's intervention being done in a way that does not interfere with the proceedings.
