Spanish term
E/r.
Spanish to English
Bus/Financial
Law: Contract(s)
In a Spanish contract (to British English), this abbreviation (E/r.) appears in the signature, following the person's name, and before the name of the company. I am guessing it means "in representation of", but I am not sure. Does it mean something else, or is there an abbreviation for it in English?
Thanks in advance!

If it's between the signature and the company name, I think this has to be the meaning.
You could say "pp", meaning "per pro", on behalf of, though there's no rule that you have to translate abbreviations with abbreviations.
