Thanks. LOL. Very curious and funny at the same time (use of "vis-à-vis" in Spain to include conjugal visits). https://www.dfa.ie/media/embassyspain/Prison-Information-Pac... [Open visits (for family only): A monthly conjugal visit, a monthly family visit (called "vis-à-vis" for a maximum of four people including children and babies) and a quarterly extended family visit for immediate family can be authorised by the Director. I really don't know, but I am of the opinion that one needs to take the context into account.

Pax Taña, in Spain, "vis-à-vis" also refers to conjugal visits for prisoners, which is why I probably wouldn't use it myself.
