This is from a text message (Colombia).I don't know if this means alloted time, or maybe a typo for relacionamiento (prior relationship?) It would really be helpful to know what others think. The only additional context I have is that a man is traveling to the country and it involves a business deal.
Sería bueno traerlo para que conozca la oficina, revisé si hay algo más por conocer y tenga un racionamiento previo con los periodistas que yo conozco.
