Dans un rapport d'opération consécutif à un polytraumatisme avec multiples fractures, je bute sur le terme "Ermarch'BS" dans la phrase suivante : "Darstellen der dist. Fibula in Ermarch'BS 250 mmHg."
J'imagine que BS désigne Blutsperre, mais je n'ai jamais rencontré "Ermarch" en 17 ans de carrière. Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'éclairer ?
