German term

KR

German to English Law/Patents Law (general) court document - divorce
This is a stamp on a court document in a divorce case.

The queried abbreviation is in asterisks.

I have found links to unrelated documents on the internet with the same stamp:

file:///C:/Users/User/Downloads/beurteilung-von-beamten%20(6).pdf

https://books.google.co.uk/books?id=PsVTDwAAQBAJ&pg=PA111&lp...

Here is an attempt at recreating it - with my suggestions as to full German versions of abbreviations):
Vert. [Vertreter] Fristnot 08.11.21 *KR* / *KfA* Mdt.: [Mandant]
RA [Rechtsanwalt] Kenntnisnahme
SA [Sachbearbeiter] Zahlung
Rücksprache Rücksprache
zdA [zu den Akten] Stellungn [Stellungnahme]

I have found possible meanings of the abbreviations:
KfA - Kostenfestsetzungsantrag
KR - Kommerzienrat suggested in PROZ or possibly Kostenrechnung
Mdt - Mandant
Any ideas?

I didn't decide not to post an answer - I just didn't come back to the question, so I didn't see your suggestion. But I'll post one if you insist :-)

Reason for posting question I posted this as a separate question, as recommended by the admin. It is also because I wanted to award points to the participant in the discussion - as I wanted to do for you re. KfA, but have closed the question, as you decided not to post an official answer, despite me suggesting you do so. I appreciate help from colleagues (including you) and would like to acknowledge in the form of points. Thanks for your help.

I'm surprised you're posting this again without mentioning your previous question.

I thought we agreed it was probably Kostenrechnung, and Kommerzienrat doesn't fit the context. You closed the question as "no acceptable answer".
