Spanish term

Postulado, integrante del bloque, frente y al efecto (see sentence)

Spanish to English Law/Patents Government / Politics
This is for a Colombian document. I can't seem to settle for "postulate" as I feel there might be a better word to truly convey the text.

This is from a Colombian Document " CONSTANCIA DE PRESENTACIÓN DE UNA PERSONA COMO PRESUNTA VÍCTIMA E INFORMACIÓN DE SUS DERECHOS EN EL PROCESO DE JUSTICIA TRANSICIONAL"

TEXT #1
"Quien manifestó tener derecho a la verdad, a la justicia y a la reparación dentro del proceso que adelanta esta Fiscalía en contra del postulado, integrante del bloque, frente y al efecto ( ) ..."

Tentative translation:
"Who stated that he has the right to the truth, justice and reparation within the process carried out by this Prosecutor's Office against the postulate, part of the community, in front of and for this purpose...."

TEXT #2
"A denunciar, para efecto de la reparación, bienes no entregados por los postulados"

Tentative translation:
"To denounce, for the purpose of reparation, goods not delivered by the postulates."

Another poster (in the link I posted above) said: Ex-combatant availing him/herself of the Justice and Peace Law
Explanation:
In other words, the “postulados” are the demobilized fighters and applicants for benefits under the Colombian Peace and Justice Law of 2005 (see please first link of The Center for Justice and Accountability below). To understand the idea of “postulados” one needs to know what the Colombian Justice and Peace Law (official name is Law 975 of 2005) means. This Law sets the legal framework to ease the demobilization of paramilitaries and also the guerrilla groups in the country.
Alisa Newman Jan 10, 2022:
Definition of "postulant" I would definitely not use "postulant" as the translation as in English it refers pretty specifically to someone entering a religious order.

Previous question on ProZ https://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish-to-english/law-general/68...
postulado > amnesty candidates/paramilitary
En Colombia, los "postulados" son los procesados como parte del proceso de paz.
Generally seems to be left in Spanish, but requires clarification.
"To begin with, the information provided by the postulados (former paramilitaries suspected of crimes that are to benefit from the JPL) has served to illustrate the extent of the paramilitary violence, and reveal the economic and political dimensions of paramilitarism. It has also exposed, at least partially, the network of relationships that these armed groups had constructed throughout the decades with state agents, members of the armed forces and politicians, among other powerful actors. The paramilitaries have confessed to more than 40,000 crimes affecting 51,000 people, including nearly 1,000 massacres, 25,000 murders, and more than 3,500 forced disappearances involving more than 1,400 state agents.
andres-larsen Jan 10, 2022:
definition of "postulados", "bloques", "frentes" "postulados" are FARC's demobilized former combatants / ex-fighters classified according to their former FARC Blocs and Fronts to which they belonged.
Lisa Rosengard Jan 10, 2022:
There seems to be a demand for an amendment in a judicial process by which a decision was taken based on an assumption, or a postulate, without substantiated evidence. An authority is a member of a group and represents the case.
