Меня в свое время учили, что в таких случаях должна использоваться грамматическая форма "We request that [the Court) + do smth (that smth be done)

Однако здесь нельзя сказать "We request that [the Court) request..."

Можно ли сказать "We are asking that [the Court) request...." или "We are asking to request from___ and ___ the agreement ...?
