English to Swedish Law/Patents Law (general)

the term "Trade reviews with others" has come up a in a legal contract, referring to the agreement not to trade a good review with a company in return for a good review of your own company - is there a proper way to say this Swedish? "handla recensioner" does not sound right to me! Thank you!
