To control her poor Multiple Sclerosis prognosis, she started her Interferon therapy injections which she stopped later due to some of related side effects she could not tolerate. In February 2014 patient had her third Multiple Sclerosis flare-up manifested by her left optic neuritis and for which she was treated with five days IV solumedrol. She was then switched to more potent and high affinity DMD as Fingolimod 0.5 mg oral tablets once a day. However, there had been a new MRI activity three years later following her Fingolimod use. This attack was with significant physical disability, very poor body balance and unsteadiness and was unable to walk unassisted along with poor control over her bladder. In December 2020 patient started her Inductive therapy with Alemtuzumab Intravenous infusions to slow down her highly active RRMS phenotype.
