Article 7 Inspection and acceptance of the goods
After arrival of the goods at the port of destination, if any discrepancies are found by Functional departments of Importing Countries regarding the specifications or the quantity/weight or both, except those for which either the insurance company or the shipping company is responsible the Buyers shall have the right either to reject the goods or to claim against the Seller on the strength of the inspection certificate issued by Functional departments of Importing Countries within 90 days after discharge of the goods at the port of destination.

funkční oddělení
v dnešní době se setkávám s funkčními divizemi, funkčním oblastmi, je to asi nový jazyk, záleží na firmě, jestli si to převede do starého, obchodní oblasti či obchodní divize, ovšem mohou to být i technologické oblasti či technologické divize, tak jak to nazvat společně? :)
