: unfortunately your wild guess about the meaning of "T1" and "T2" is wrong. Use of "T" followed by a number is a well-established convention denoting the number of main rooms in an apartment.

The obvious and less formal solution is "rent and associated expenses", but that doesn't fit in the context, unless you want to rewrite the text a little, which you're allowed to do, of course.

My only problem with Conor's "lease fees" is that (in UK at least) I associate this term with leasing, e.g. of vehicles, rather than renting a house or flat.

even then, it can remain unclear to an English person renting in France as other charges like taxe habitation and sometimes "la taxe d'enlèvement des ordures ménagères" are often not included (the first is paid directly by the tenant to the tax office and the second one is often added on to the "charges" by the landlord
We can only do so much when translating a few words but we should at least make the basics clear
