Warm Call
Portuguese translation:
chamada com conta(c)to prévio
English term
Warm Call
"A call transfer is the act of bumping a call from one user to another. There are two ways to transfer a call: cold (blind) and warm (attended)."
Sei do que se trata, mas não estou certo do termo mais comum para esse tipo de chamada.

transferência anunciada
Calls can be transferred in one of three ways:
1. “Blind” – The call is instantly transferred and all incoming caller ID information is shown to the new recipient.
2. “Warm” – The incoming call is placed on hold during the transfer while the relaying person talks to the new recipient. This is typically used when the call is being announced to the new recipient. Some things to consider with “warm” transfers…
• The new recipient does not get the caller ID of incoming call, they see the caller ID of the person relaying the call.
• If the relaying person hangs up before the target recipient phone rings the call may be dropped entirely. https://www.oldsaybrookct.gov/sites/g/files/vyhlif3626/f/upl...
3. “Direct to voicemail” – The call is instantly transferred to the recipient’s voicemail. The original caller gets the new recipients voicemail greeting without waiting for the phone to ring multiple times.

chamadas quentes ou calorosas
Warm calling is the solicitation of a potential customer with whom a sales representative in particular, or his firm in general, has had prior contact. It refers to a sales call, visit or email that is preceded by some sort of contact with the prospect, such as a direct mail campaign, an introduction at a business event or a referral.
Warm calling is the opposite of cold calling—the solicitation of prospects who were not anticipating such an interaction, with whom the sales representative or business has not had prior contact.
For example, if you meet a prospect at an industry event and they ask you to give them a call so that you can set up an appointment, that would be an extremely warm call. On the other hand, if you send a letter or an email to a prospect and then follow up
