The Investor is entitled to control the proper execution of the works, in particular the compliance with the Documentation, quality, timeliness and use of the proper materials, and to demand to take into account the results of inspection protocols prepared with the participation of the Contractor as well as in a graphic form (e. g. survey statement, information presented on the floor drawing) and photos.
