Before unloading, check that the components are not damaged during transport and delivery is complete.
If the component is missing, please notify the manufacturer, as manufacturer can supplement it.
If damage is found, also the manufacturer should be notified, because only he or a person authorized by him can issue an opinion on the *release of the subassembly* or component for further assembly or the method of its repair.

Ma tentative :
En cas de dommages, le fabricant doit également être informé, car lui seul ou une personne qu'il aura dûment autorisée peut émettre un avis sur la libération du sous-ensemble ou du composant pour un montage ultérieur ou sur la méthode employée pour le réparer.

Est-ce que "libération" convient ici ?
