I'm really at a loss on this one, this field of medicine is not my strongest. Not sure if they mean "blanco" as in the target area of the laser, and not sure if "temporal" means temporal as in the plane or temporary? My understanding is that the point of this surgery to reduce the intraocular pressure so no new retinal detachment can occur, but not having pressure at all?
Hoping someone with more experience can shed some light on this. Thanks in advance!
