French term

périmètre d’activité spatiale

French to English Bus/Financial Human Resources
Application for a legal injunction to get a hotel conglomerate to yield documents. "AAA" below is the name of the hotel.

This application is the result of the Social and Economic Committee being unhappy about the restructuring plan, which involves hundreds of redundancies.

This might be something to do with plans to open a branch of the hotel in Low Earth Orbit... but more likely to be about what used to be called, in industrial disputes in 1970s Britain, "demarcation disputes" (if you look at the following sentence).

Discussion

Emmanuella Oct 2, 2021:
Un périmètre se réfère à une surface délimitée dans l'espace. Ce terme 'espace' est-il indispensable ?

The working perimeter / area ?
Steve Robbie Oct 1, 2021:
Ignore what I wrote below, I wasn't paying attention properly.

Actually, the first bit refers to grey areas about "the scope of the service provider's activities - but this part still refers to "where the service provider will operate", and is still a typical case of French using a noun phrase where English would use a verb phrase.
Steve Robbie Oct 1, 2021:
As I see it, the previous line refers to "what the service provider will do" and this line refers to "where the service provider will operate" - a typical case of French using a noun phrase where English would use a verb phrase instead.

working area boundary (demarcation line)

I agree with the asker's interpretation, namely working boundaries lest there be any labo/u/r demarcation disputes. A somewhat unrealistic 'Man or Girl Friday' grievance in the hotel and catering industry.
Example sentence:

Best practices for safe demarcation of work areas · The barriers or demarcations must remain for the entire duration of the job

Select Area Boundary lines that exist 'in the project' and then trigger the Group command..

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "I went for "activity demarcation boundaries" in the end."
1 hr

scope of work (of the service provider) in terms of space

activité = work

I think it is that straightforward.

Note added at 2 hrs (2021-10-01 15:26:17 GMT)

areas of hotels in which the service provider is working/will work

That's more natural-sounding than my first suggestion.
