Each party hereby acknowledges that unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential Information would cause irreparable harm and significant injury to the Disclosing Party that would be difficult to ascertain. Accordingly, each party agrees that the Disclosing Party will have the right to seek immediate injunctive relief to enforce obligations under this Agreement in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have. Such relief shall not be deemed to be the exclusive relief for a breach by either party of this Agreement but shall be in addition to all other remedies available at law or equity to the other party.
