THis seems to make a specific reference to a font, Roman as opposed to italics, but I can't make sense of it:

This links to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_type
which says:
"In Latin script typography, roman is one of the three main kinds of historical type, alongside blackletter and italic."
Personally I would say "non-italic", as most people won't know what Roman means. I didn't, and had to look it up.

As my reference shows, it should be lower case, "roman".

text in Roman font/non-italicized text
It seems to be referring to non-italicized lines of text in the left column of the document and italicized lines of text in the right one.

regular roman letters
I would add "regular," which is what MS Word calls it, and add "roman" for further clarification.

: You haven't explained what you mean by 'regular' or why it's important, and MS Word calls it 'Not Italics'.

In the font menu on MS word it's called "Regular." "Not italics" is a searching function, not the name of a font.
