"Integration" is a word that could also be used to replace one of them - I see lots of examples of this in English in relation to SAP and other software.

Deployment could be one part of implementation To deploy something (software, troops, etc.) often means to send the thing to the place where it's needed.

Software implementation commonly involves many steps, including deployment.

Hi, Nicholas. Unfortunately, from what I've seen so far, the translation between these terms hasn't been firmly established (I say unfortunately because you've said that "implementation" and "deployment" are not the same thing in a software context). Translations that are already out there include "deployment" and "implementation" being used for both "implementación" and "implantación," in all criss-crossing combinations. I have a feeling that a translation for this has not been firmly established in a way that makes a clear distinction between the concepts. Maybe some explication in your translation would help make it clear.
