Spanish term

atomizado

Spanish to English Other Business/Commerce (general) Describing wine and wineries
El quinto reto es la autonomía, el conseguir un crecimiento atomizado y sostenido que no haga que las bodegas sean dependientes de ciertos clientes y operaciones.

Hmm... having trouble finding a convincing translation. Can growth be atomized?
TIA :)
Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (2): AllegroTrans, Yvonne Gallagher

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

diversified

Normally, fragmented works nine times out of ten, but the qualification of '...y sostenido ..' changes the direction of travel.

Thanks, Chris. This is one of the few instances where 'fragmented' doesn't seem to fit.

"widespread and sustained" is a phrase that comes to mind.

disagree Biz_84 : I don't think this is right. Atomizado to describe a market sector often means fragmented, which is why it looks odd here. I think probably 'diversified' is correct.

Spanish term (edited): crecimiento atomizado

difuse growth

Growth is not concentrated in some driving sectors . Instead, it appears in each and every sector.

Erratum: diffuse instead of difuse

neutral AllegroTrans : isn't that widespread then?

distributed

Another option.

Distributed into many discrete units to achieve sustained growth

Example sentence:

"...broadly distributed and sustained growth and the positive economic and social knock-on effects"

There is a stronger resolve to achieve distributed growth ....

Dispersed

Can't believe this possibility has not been added to the list of suggestions! Actually I think it would fit the context rather well.
