Υπαίτια καταγγελία σημαίνει η καταγγελία για σοβαρούς λόγους και περιστάσεις που αιτιολογούνται ή προβλέπονται στο πλαίσιο της σύμβασης. Βάσει αυτού, η καταγγελία είναι δικαίωμα που προβλέπεται και πηγάζει από τη σύμβαση.

Personally, I think that the most colloquial way of saying this would be ‘grounds for termination’, which is what ‘causal termination’ really means in plain English.
