We feel vulnerable, fearful of what might happen to us or others, helpless against life’s events and circumstances, and, if that isn’t enough, many of us are also burdened with the belief that life will come to an end for us when the body dies. It’s ironic that the real you—the Infinite Awareness that you really are—is the direct opposite of that story the mind has told you.
