I am currently translating a complete blood count and under the section "commentaire valeurs critiques" I have VPANI©
Does anyone know what it is?

In response to Joanna, Maybe they are using the copyright symbol as shorthand or to disguise the word "panique".

: I thought this too, but discounted it on the grounds that no doctor would use the word "panic". I was wrong!

Comment: "There were a lot of "High" and "Low" values so I think this is the closest solution. I told the client that without more context this was just an educated guess."
