Контекст: Legal opinion.

On the basis of such examination and subject to the assumptions, exclusions, limitations and qualifications set forth herein, it is our opinion that:
- researches on the BODACC with respect to the Guarantor referred to in paragraph 4 of the Schedule hereto does not reveal personal solvency reassessment proceeding (le rétablissement personnel) in relation with the Guarantor;

It should be noted that these researches are not conclusively capable of determining the existence of a personal solvency reassessment proceeding (rétablissement personnel) before the date being six months before the date of the date of the researches on the BODACC.
