: That's a better option than "creditee/creditor", which would be very unusual. Or just go with "borrower/lender".

Thanks, Robert. Credit facility vs. advance or loan on a/cs was a routine translation at our City notarial office for 'crédito', so added to the mix. I'd never come across 'creditee' either. If US Am/Cuban, then it ought to show up in West, but it doesn't
