UMOWA JAKOŚCI
Supplier’s waiver of the Recipient's duty to inspection and objection
12.1 The Supplier shall not expect the Recipient to inspect the Delivery Items on receipt for completeness and defectiveness, including for obvious defects. The Recipient shall therefore not be required to comply with the duty to inspection and objection pursuant to [relevant regulations]
12.2 If the Recipient fails to disclose the defectiveness and incompleteness of a Delivery Item immediately, the Delivery Items shall nevertheless not be deemed to have been approved within the meaning of [relevant regulation]. In this respect, the Recipient shall not lose the warranty rights to which it is entitled against the Supplier.
