Recipe for Cottage rolls. The sentence is this ( I don't understand the procedure).

****Spoon mixture into middle of pastry**** and fold sides over, ensuring the edge brushed with milk is on the top

1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
2. Put cottage cheese, eggs, onion, pecans and soy sauce in a blender until well combined.
3. Transfer mixture to a large bowl and add carrot, breadcrumbs and oats and mix until combined.
4. Spoon mixture into middle of pastry and fold sides over, ensuring the edge brushed with milk is on the top
5. Cut into desired sizes, brush with milk and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds.
6. Bake for 35 minutes or until golden.
