Mount the turning plate prepared by the user on the DDR-TiB.
Adjust the grid shift of the DDR-TiB.
(Set the angle at which the turning plate reference surface is horizontal to 0°.)
Refer to “I 3.3.5 Setting the Grid Shift” for details on the adjustment method.
Next, refer to Fig. A to obtain the difference between both ends of the turning plate.
Rotate the B-axis to 90°, bring the dial indicator into contact with the top of the turning plate, move the table in the X-axis direction, and obtain the difference between the readings at both ends.
