texte parlant des avantages des OEM (FEO)
Bonjour,
After Market Sales activities – When OEMs support their customers once the equipment has been installed and commissioned.
First Fit Contracting OEMs
First Fit Machine Builder OEMs
We subdivide these ‘First Fit OEMs’ into Machine Builder and Contracting OEMs.

de première monte
No, 'premier ajustement' won't do here — it's not that kind of 'fit'.
Here, it refers to things that are originally fitted (monté) — e.g. Michelin tyres on a Citroën car. The dedicated expression here is 'de première monte', there are plenty of examples to be found on the 'Net.
Before posting here on KudoZ, you might find that online resources such as Linguee would help you to locate available alternatives.

Discussion
In your text, they are talking about OEMs that are fitted (or presumably whose products are fitted...!) initially — hence why the proposed wording you suggest wouldn't work, as it is "the wrong way round"
