My educated guess would be a 'Far East English' description of a dropper tip (as opposed to a (jet) nozzle used for spraying) - "open" in the sense of not containing any jet mechanism or filter. Plus a non-ridged pull cap for closure. No idea for TSTR, unfortunately. And, just a guess :-((

The pictures and instructions for application seem to confirm that the "open nozzle" is just a dropper. The cap features a "tear-off tamper evident ring"; could this be the root of "TSTR" and "tear-off cap"?

Eigentlich ist "nozzle" die gute alte "Tülle" bei Tuben etc. es lassen sich natürlich auch noch andere Übersetzungen für konkretere Anwendungen finden.

Wenn man sich sprachlich vom rein Technischen entfernen möchte wird sonst auch von Tropfansatz , Tropfvorrichtung, Spitze oder manchmal auch Applikator gesprochen. Finde ich allerdings ein wenig ausweichend.
Wie Anne Schulz schon schön erklärte handelt es sich um ein offenes Röhrchen,offene Spitze oder Tülle zum Tropfen und kein Zerstäuber oder sonstige Düse. Es steht da ja auch AugenTROPFEN!
Diese Tülle wird dann durch das Aufstecken einer Kappe wieder verschlossen. Wenn im weiteren Kontext was von Schrauben steht, gibt es wohl einen Schraubverschluss für das Fläschchen und das Tear off bezieht sich auf eine ab-knick/dreh/reißbare Verschlusskappe, die vor dem ersten Gebrauch entfernt wird.
