Sounds to me like their internal jargon, still the meaning is pretty easy to figure out IF you have some idea how selling works in the real world. OTOH I don't see any direct equivalents that would be as short without being ambiguous (not a good idea when money is involved). I would be tempted to rewrite the whole thing in plain-speak.
