Weil wegen einem Nachweis für mich als BritRail Pass-Inhaber hing ich einmal zwei Stunden
in der Telefonschleife, um dann meine Vermutung bestätigt zu bekommen, dass in dem Fall
umgekehrt die Vorgabe "müssen sich im Zug als BritRail Pass-Inhaber durch passport ausweisen" auch den bundesrepublikanischen Personalausweis als akzeptiertes Ausweispapier umfasste.

In CH und Ö gibt es übrigens garkeine Ausweispflicht.

Was die Zustellung vor Ort angeht, darüber kann der Shop gar nicht bestimmen. Er kann höchstens die Sendung mit der Vorgabe "Eigenhändig" o. Ä. versehen. Wie das dann im jeweiligen Land kontrolliert wird, geht den Shop nichts an.
Ohne eine genauere Bezeichnung ist das im AT eine Gummiformulierung, die gilt auch für einen Angelschein. Der ist aber vermutlich nicht gemeint, wohl aber z. B. ein Führerschein. Irgendwo sollte IMHO besser "amtlich" stehen.

Ich möchte die Frage nicht wieder rausnehmen, denn der eigentliche Fragekontext bezieht sich auf die Altersverifikation an der Haustür beim Zusteller, während sich der weitere Kontext, der eindeutig "A valid ID document" lautet (also "gültiger Personalausweis oder anderes Ausweispapier", auf offensichtlich per Zoom o.ä. oder evtl. Email durchgeführte Stichproben durch den Webshop (Einscannenlassen/Webcam-Abfotografieren des Ausweises des Kunden o.ä.) bezieht. Für mich sind das zwei verschiedene Vorgänge (wenn ich das schwedische Englisch richtig verstehe).
