They could also be part of the person specifications which are expected from the one who's going to be employed to carry out the work involved in terms of making schemes, time-tables, agendas, routines and schedules of work, which are expected as guidance to direct the completion of the necessary work.

"Office equipment will be placed and maintained in an ordered fashion according to the same features. Similarly, identification labels (sign markers) will be placed to ensure that equipment can be seen clearly. He or she will maintain good appearances and respective organization, aiming to provide schedules of the work which is to be completed."
