¿Alguien puede ayudarme con la traducción del término "quench" que figura en el manual de montaje de una boma? Dejo algo de contexto:
If the pump media have a tendency to crystallize out or to crack, we recommend the use of a quench on the atmospheric side, to which steam is applied (at a maximum pressure of 1 bar), or else a suitable liquid supply unit with a suitable flushing medium.
The pump may only be put into operation at operative quench.
