English to Spanish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Product sales

Se trata de un contrato de venta de productos entre un comerciante y un distribuidor. Esta es la única parte del contrato donde se habla del tipo de productos que se venden, y en la relación parece hacer referencia a productos de alimentación, por lo que entiendo que el término "ambient", que aparece dos veces como "branded ambient" y "private label ambient", puede referirse a productos a temperatura ambiente, pero me gustaría que alguien que estuviese más seguro me lo pudiese confirmar.

"Product Selection.
(a) Merchant will provide XXX access to the inventory of Products available for listing on the Customer Application. Merchant will provide a broad and comprehensive selection of branded ambient, private label ambient, frozen foods, fresh grocery, prepared meals, catch weight items, and other products to meet the needs of the customer.
(b) Merchant will ensure the selection of Products which Merchant make available for listing on the Customer Application will consist of at least the top 95% of Merchant's demand weighted coverage SKUs (“DWC”), which shall be calculated using average figures from the preceding three (3) month period."
