You can "allocate" the premiums to a client's account (depending on the context). This means that the client paid their premiums, and this payment is recorded in the client's account to show the amounts have been settled.

In a stricter accounting sense (i.e., recording the payment in a financial account), you can say "make the relevant accounting allocation for the premiums." This would sound quite natural in English.
