Buenas tardes,
"... to prevent any hidden defect in executed Works, purpose of this Contract, bound to remedy any defective..."

the Contractor hereby undertakes to be liable
The original Spanish is one long sentence. I would break it up into two sentences.
Example:
... to ensure there are no hidden defects in the work [project? work to be carried out?] covered by this Contract. Furthermore, the Contractor hereby undertakes to be liable for any defects or deficiencies ...
--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 2 hrs (2020-08-25 01:10:58 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------
Actually, I would change it to:
Furthermore, the Contractor hereby accepts liability for any defects or deficiencies ...
Sadly, I can't edit my suggestion.
