KMK means probably the type of a hat. From can be also translated as "made in". Is there any name, which follows this inscription?

It could be the hat shop Krise or a Hat association. My guess is one word is some form of Klobouk. This is the actual hat. It's probably from the late 1930s and made by the famous J.
