As far as I can tell, there isn't a simple, direct translation for 'Técnicas Fisiokinésicas'. According to this website, (http://geomedica.com.ar/tratamiento/tratamiento-1/ ) it covers global posture reeducation, neurological rehabilitation, manual lymphatic drainage, pre and post operative kinesiology in orthopedics, kinesiology in respiratory and cardiovascular cases, kinesiology in rheumatology, kinesiology in geriatrics.
The nearest I can find is for 'physio-kinesiotherapy techniques' which seems to cover much of the range of techniques that 'Técnicas Fisiokinésicas' covers. For example, respiratory physio-kinesiotherapy for drainage of the lungs in post-Covid 19 patients ( https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s00484-020-01962-5 ) ,

: The 'physiokinetic' referred to in this link is actually the name of the physiotherapist company who's blog this is - not a technique. That is, the company is called 'Physiokinetic' and the word only appears in reference to the company.

: I believe that kinesiological streching is one area of 'técnicas fisiokinésicas' but it doesn't cover the whole range of treatments and techniques involved.
