When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Peer comment(s):

disagree philgoddard : This makes no sense in the context. The tense is wrong, and you can't end it with "by" without saying who. It's not native English.

disagree AllegroTrans : Does not make sense. You are a native EN speaker?

remains unfulfilled

I assume "estos términos" are mentioned before this and are preconditions for the contract to be signed. That's why neither party is penalised if they're not met.

I also believe "continuaran" is a mistake and it should be "continuará". They've made the verb agree with "términos" rather than "alguno", an error that's common in English too.

in case they continue with non-compliance

It's another part of terms and conditions regarding an end of contract which could take place in the case of a failure to meet conditions. The case is unlikely which might explain why the Spanish verb appears in an unusual part of the subjunctive mood.
Example sentence:

Si al transcurrir los 30 días adicionales a las fechas acordadas, continuaran incumpliendo alguno de estos términos de este presente acuerdo, pasará de forma automática a cancelarse este presente acuerdo sin derecho a reclamo por ninguna de las partes

If, at the end of the 30 day extension additional to the agreed dates, in case they continue with non-compliance of any of the terms of this present contract, it will be automatically cancelled while neither party involved will have the right to claim.
