German to English Medical Medical (general) seit der ersten <DrugName> Indikation
Er hat einen Gicht Patienten, welcher auch einen Diabetes hat, alle 8 Wochen mit behandelt.
Der Patient ist seit der ersten Indikation frei von Gicht Schüben.

Does this translate simply as indication? "since the first indication"?

Drug name The fact that "Indikation" appears in combination with the drug name strongly suggests that "Injektion" is meant here indeed.

Yes it was combined with the drug name as " seit der ersten DrugName Indikation..."

Drug administration If this is indeed combined with the drug name, I would think that "erste Indikation" is an erroneous variant of "erste Medikamentengabe" (first/initial drug administration/dose).

Induktion? Is this a transcript? It may be Induktion(stherapie), although this term is most often reserved for cancer treatment.

agree Cilian O'Tuama : Considering all the other errors, the source text looks like a poor transcription-cum-translation. My guess is the word spoken was "injection", misheard as 'indication" - they could maybe be confused on a poor recording.
