En este momento estoy traduciendo un CV del español al inglés y no he podido dar con el equivalente en de "carga inicial", les agradecería ayudarme. A continuación les envío la parte en donde aparece el término.
Participa en la implementación y carga inicial del sistema SAP Fi-Co R/3 en Chile, viajando a cursos de introducción en Buenos Aires, Argentina.

: I did some research (not much), but I think "initial setup" is best, although I am still puzzled to an extent by the use of "carga"; I guess the only way to know for certain is what responsibilities the person (whose CV is being done) undertakes?

Thanks, Taña. I would personally use "initial setup," even if it refers to the "initial transfer of data," just because it would work or flow better in a C.V. I would, of course, communicate this to the client to find out if they agree.

rollout
Sounds like IT wonk-speak for the launch or rollout of the SAP system. Granted, it could also mean the initial configuration uploading data transfer, but I thought I'd throw this into the pot anyway.
