English to Polish Bus/Financial Ships, Sailing, Maritime Cargo purchase agreement

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, all conditions, warranties or other terms, whether express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise including, without limitation, with respect to the description, satisfactory quality or suitability or fitness for any purpose of the Product are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
