Según lo que investigué "infection" es, en general, aceptable cuando hablamos de enfermades causadas por virus. En este caso me pregunto si es técnicamente más acertado traducir la palabra "enfermedad" como "ilness", "disease" o "infection" teniendo en cuenta su procedencia virósica. La fuente es una entrevista a un CEO sobre la cobertura de este virus en Argentina.
