Hazte la prueba del COVID-19 / Hágase la prueba del COVID-19

Hi Ezequiel,

I am a native speaker of European Spanish and thus cannot comment on the Latin American locale, but as a native Spanish speaker and translator I would recommend translating this sentence as "Hazte la prueba del COVID-19" for an informal tone and "Hágase la prueba del COVID-19" for a more formal tone, depending on whether you decide to use "tú" or "usted" throughout the app.
Some food for thought: the Real Academia de la Lengua Española recently acknowledged the possibility of referring to COVID-19 in its feminine form in Spanish ("la COVID-19"), since the final "D" in the acronym stands for "Disease" (i.e. "la enfermedad"). However, it is mostly referred to in the media in its masculine form, as "el COVID-19", because it is associated with the virus (i.e. "el virus"), so I would choose the masculine form. You can read the full article here: https://www.rae.es/noticias/crisis-del-covid-19-sobre-la-esc...

I hope this helps!
Thank you and best of luck with your translation,

Kind regards,
Lucía

Gracias, Nelly. Mil gracias también por comentar otros posibles nombres en Chile. En España también se usa ocasionalmente «test» en el caso del COVID-19.

Haz el test del COVID-19

Does that fragment appear in a title/subtitle? In that case, I would add some words, something like:

Haz el test para detectar la COVID-19
Note from asker:
Hi Victoria! I am not sure exactly under wich context it will appear, it was a sentence from a translation test. Your proposal sounds very good to me. Thanks!
