Replacement of screw seals

Leaking screw seals must be replaced as follows:
Switch off the power.
Separate the relevant connections, like vacuum pipe and slurry pipe.
Remove the Diemix and Dies.
Remove the bolts connecting the cylinder to the gearbox.
Press the cylinder away from the gearbox using the thrust bolt in the flange.
Move the entire cylinder approx. 600 mm apart.
Remove the flange with the GR and PS seals (4 and 5).
Remove the oil seals (7).
Place the new oil seals and greased PS seals in the flange.
Replace the O-ring (7).
Place the flange with the GR and PS seals (4 and 5) onto the gearbox.
Carefully move the cylinder towards the gearbox.
Move the groove sleeve as far back as possible in the gearbox.
The grooved screw tips go through the seal and have to fit into the sleeves
