as per the mentioned sentence, I guess it is a request of an official authority
from foreign bereaved family to bury him in the same city because of a global situation "the COVID-19 outbreak" so it will be تحقيقُا للمصلحة العامة
Is this the end of the sentence? What words come directly after the words وتحقيقا للمصلحة? Thank you.
